Requirements:

  • Current Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Valid Irrigation Tech license in Texas (Haynes will cover training and licensing costs).
  • Career-minded individual committed to excellence.
Specific Skills
  • two years of experience in a landscape-related field.
  • A Texas Irrigation Tech License in good standing.
  • We will train and cover the cost of educational classes and licenses.
 
Responsible For
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all properties.
  • Generate and complete daily inspection reports.
  • Perform necessary repairs based on inspection findings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling improvements.
  • Obtain approval for repairs and proposals on a daily basis.
  • Execute approved repairs and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate job route sheets and scheduling of inspections and repairs.
  • Prepare and present repair proposals outside of regular inspections.
  • Stay updated on pricing, attend industry meetings, and participate in educational events.
  • Manage truck and shop parts inventory and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Haynes team for scheduling and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with city and state water regulations.
  • Available for emergency on-call duty after hours and weekends.
  • Adaptability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay rate is negotiable.
  • Sales and commissions to be determined after licensing, training, knowledge, and ability to perform.
  • Simple IRA match.
  • Training period: Three months of knowledge and performance review. 5% raise once approved.
